A new policy regarding the verified account will be applied.

We are keen on the safety of the community and make sure that it is full of useful and interesting content.
Therefore, we have noticed that many of the accounts that have been documented and obtained the blue signal, are considered dormant (with random content) and are not popular or followed by much, so the management decided on this by an order by the Executive Director CEO-Ali Saeed and the General Manager in the Content and Safety Department, Ms.Dai Al-Tamimi added the following:

The blue verification mark is removed for inactive (lowly active) accounts.
The blue verification mark is removed on accounts that have not entered the platform for more than a week.
The blue verification mark is removed from accounts that do not have (any) content.
A warning e-mail is sent to all accounts that have applied the same as mentioned above, and they are given three days, before removing the blue verification sign.

On the other hand, users will be able to submit an authentication request again and enter it into the review phase.

To whom do we give the certification mark?
We give the certification mark to persons to whom the following applies:
Static content owners (history/funny/yen/games/etc..).
People of fame or followers (who have more than 100 followers)
famous people.
companies or their representative.

We have taken these measures to reduce fraud rates and give an opportunity to everyone, and motivate the community to spread the useful and interesting, and also to ensure a healthy and equal society for all.
