Scappy’s Commitment to Child Safety and Zero Tolerance for CSAE

At Scappy, we are deeply committed to ensuring a safe and welcoming social platform for all users. The protection of children is one of our top priorities, and we enforce a zero-tolerance policy against any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We take strict preventive measures to detect and remove harmful content, and we actively cooperate with global child protection organizations and law enforcement agencies to ensure full compliance with child safety regulations.

Strict Prohibition of CSAE-Related Content

Scappy maintains a firm stance against child exploitation and strictly prohibits any content that poses a risk to minors. This includes but is not limited to:

  • The sharing, distribution, or hosting of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.

  • Any form of grooming, solicitation, or sexual harassment of minors.

  • Content that promotes, encourages, or tolerates child exploitation.

  • Any behavior that is deemed predatory or suspicious and could potentially endanger children.

Our Terms of Service explicitly state that the distribution or facilitation of child exploitation content is strictly prohibited. Any violation of these rules will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of the offender's account, along with potential legal consequences.

Immediate Action Against Offenders

Scappy enforces a strict policy to take swift action against any user involved in CSAE-related activities. If a user is found to be sharing or promoting such content, we will immediately take the following actions:

  1. Permanent Account Suspension: The offending user will be banned permanently without any possibility of reactivation.

  2. Collection of Identifying Information: To aid law enforcement, we will securely collect and store the following details:

    • Full Name

    • Email Address

    • Phone Number

    • IP Address

    • Activity Logs and Chat Records

  3. Collaboration with Law Enforcement: All relevant data will be submitted to law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations for further investigation.

  4. Blacklist Enforcement: The offender will be permanently blacklisted, preventing them from creating new accounts under different identities.

  5. Reporting to Child Protection Authorities: In cases where minors are at risk, we will report the offender to specialized child welfare organizations for further action.

How Users Can Report CSAE-Related Content

We encourage all users to stay vigilant and report any content or activity that may involve CSAE. If you come across any suspicious behavior, you can report it through our in-app reporting system by following these steps:

  1. Go to the User’s Profile and click the Report button.

  2. Provide a brief description of the concerning content or activity.

  3. Submit the report – Our moderation team will immediately review the case and take necessary actions.

Upon receiving a report, our team will conduct a thorough review. If the reported content is confirmed to be CSAE-related, we will proceed with immediate account suspension and notify law enforcement authorities. If a minor is found to be at risk, we will escalate the case to child protection specialists.

Reporting Suspicious Accounts

If you suspect that a user is underage or potentially at risk, you can report their account for further review. When submitting the report, you may include a note such as:

"I believe this user is under 16."

Once reported, the account will be temporarily suspended while an investigation takes place. If there are indications of grooming, exploitation, or abuse, necessary actions will be taken, including the involvement of child protection specialists and law enforcement agencies.

Legal Compliance and Law Enforcement Cooperation

Scappy adheres to strict international child protection laws and guidelines to ensure the safety of minors on our platform. We comply with legal frameworks such as:

  • United States: The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the PROTECT Our Children Act.

  • European Union: The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and EU Child Protection Directives.

  • International: The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC).

We actively collaborate with various law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations, including:

  • Interpol

  • National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)

  • Local and International Cybercrime Units

All confirmed CSAE-related incidents are reported to these authorities to ensure that offenders face appropriate legal consequences.

Our Commitment to Child Safety

Scappy is committed to continuously improving our safety measures, policies, and reporting mechanisms to create a secure digital environment for minors. We actively enhance our content monitoring systems, train our moderation teams, and work alongside child protection organizations to strengthen our response to CSAE-related threats.

We encourage all users to be proactive in identifying and reporting any suspicious activities that may put children at risk. By working together, we can ensure that Scappy remains a responsible and secure social platform.
